The antifungal activity of Ace-AMPl was slightly stimulated in the presence of 50 mM Kf,50 mM Na+, 50 mM NH,+, 5 mM Mg2+, or 5 mM Ba2+, andthe activity decreased 2-fold in the presence of 5 mM Ca2+.
